Customer Service Agent - Banking Company with German

What You Need: - Fluency in German B2 - Fluent, verbal and written skills in English (C1); - Excellent communication skills; - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
