Interested in digital advertising and helping businesses succeed online? We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to support business clients using a self-service advertising platform.
Based in Portugal, you’ll join an international team, receive paid training, and develop your customer support and digital advertising skills.
What You’ll Do
- Support business clients by chat, email and phone;
- Help customers navigate the advertising platform and its tools;
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for digital advertising products;
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including bugs and ad delivery errors;
- Keep clients informed about the progress and resolution of their enquiries;
- Identify opportunities to help customers improve their advertising performance;
- Share customer feedback and product insights to improve the user experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Fluent German - mandatory - and a strong command of English;
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills;
- A practical approach to problem-solving;
- Confidence using computers and digital tools;
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment;
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer support or digital marketing is valued, but not required.
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: €1,100 gross per month;
- Performance bonus;
- Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day, paid via meal card;

- Location: Portugal;
- Working hours: 40 hours per week;
